Director
An expat from Coventry, UK, with Irish parents, Paul is straight to the point, customer centric and has a knack for reading people. Joining Australia’s Number 1 Radio Station, 3AW, in direct sales in 2000, Paul helped grow some of Melbourne’s most iconic businesses. Paul understands the finer workings of how to best plan, buy, schedule and monitor media, delivering huge benefits to his clients. Going out on his own in 2015 and founding O’Neill Media Group, Paul took with him his undying passion for growing businesses, and his hunger to strike the right deal for his clients. Paul always has time for a Guinness and to chat about his beloved Manchester United and his incomparable English Staffy, Eddie. Caroleen Deeb
Media Manager
Caroleen earned her Master of Media at RMIT in 2019 and shortly after, joined the ranks at O’Neill Media Group. Having previously worked in Hotel Management, Caroleen decided to make the shift into media to expand her career in an industry where she can shape stories, bring fresh perspective, and indulge in creativity. Caroleen loves being a part of the Melbourne media industry, as it means seeing her clients be placed in the same media she loves to consume. Her career goal is to deepen her knowledge of digital and social media marketing and has begun undertaking study for this. A new mum to the beautiful Emilie, Caroleen enjoys being outdoors, walking and cooking.
Kate Ball
Media Buyer
As a passionate creative with a small-town upbringing, Kate moved to Melbourne to study Journalism. After graduating, Kate worked across a variety of industries: research, education, retail, medical, travel, events, and the arts. In 2021, Kate was introduced to the media industry and has loved every moment of it. As a media buyer for O’Neill Media Group, the role has allowed her to further explore her love for writing, hone her exacting eye for detail and support her deep enjoyment of people and networking.
